Out Patient Physical Therapy

South Coast PPN has developed a unique workers' compensation provider network of outpatient rehabilitation facilities that work with us in the treatment of our injured workers. Our network includes many dedicated physical therapists, certified hand therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and athletic trainers that are ready to help you meet your goals.

South Coast PPN works quickly to get our patients into treatment in a timely manner and at quality facilities that are close to the patients’ home or work.

When we receive a referral, we begin by speaking with the patient and then demographically matching the patient’s location to a convenient provider location. Once we have determined this facility chosen is the best option for the patient, we then help coordinate the patient’s treatment plan and scheduling with the facility. 

The facility is given authorization based on specific guidelines at the time of the referral. If the provider requests additional visits that will surpass the initial authorization, then a Utilization Review is used to determine if additional visits are warranted based on the patient’s progress reports. 

The result is an easier access to top quality care, improved scheduling and reporting, and cost savings that will benefit everyone.
